Synergy Behavioral Health Management was born out of a shared passion for helping individuals in need of mental health support. The founders, a team of experienced behavioral health professionals, recognized the challenges and complexities involved in running a successful behavioral health practice firsthand. After years of navigating through regulatory standards, financial operations, staffing issues, and other operational hurdles, they understood the immense strain these obstacles could put on providing quality care to clients. 

Determined to make a difference and empower other professionals in the field, they decided to create Synergy Behavioral Health Management. With their combined expertise and successful track record in managing behavioral health practices, they set out to create a comprehensive management and administrative services company dedicated to supporting behavioral health professionals. 

Through Synergy, newly licensed professionals are offered a guiding hand in building and managing their practices, while existing practices can benefit from streamlined services to enhance efficiency and focus more on client care. By sharing their proven model and offering tailored solutions, Synergy aims to alleviate the burdens faced by behavioral health professionals, allowing them to better serve their clients and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
